The Annapurna Base Camp

The Annapurna Base Camp route cuts deep into the heart of the Nepalese Himalayas, guiding travelers upward through a breathtaking progression of changing ecological zones. Enclosed on all sides by a towering circular wall of colossal snow-capped peaks—including Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli, and Annapurna South—the trail culminates in a high mountain amphitheater that delivers an unmatched sense of proximity to some of the highest summits on Earth.
