    You'll be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel in Thamel. In the afternoon we hold a full trek briefing covering altitude, gear, and trail etiquette, with time to explore Kathmandu's lively streets.

    Namche Bazaar – Tengboche

    After breakfast, trek through pine and rhododendron forest toward Tengboche. Visit the famous monastery with Ama Dablam and Everest as a dramatic backdrop.

    Fly to Kathmandu · Departure

    Descend to Lukla for the mountain flight back to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel or airport with time for a farewell celebration if schedules allow.

  • Discuss Acetazolamide (Diamox) with your doctor before travel for altitude prevention.
  • Watch for headache, nausea, dizziness, or unusual fatigue — descend if symptoms worsen.
  • Hydrate consistently and avoid alcohol above 3,000 m.
  • Our guides carry oxygen and first-aid kits on every departure.
